Social Subjectivity and Identity

Abstract

Taking Recognition and Displacement as central concepts, this article attempts to analyze the challenge imposed by subjectivity to the study of Social Sciences. It also repairs on the place of the subject (as an individual) within the Subject (as collective) and the constant struggle between the first to stand out in the second.
