Abstract

The objective of the article is to investigate the factors that influenced the creation of Fondo Nacional de la Defensa (FONDEF) in Argentina in 2020. This paper constitutes a case study and uses a qualitative methodology, highlighting the analysis of official documents, the conduct of interviews and the analysis of quantitative data resulting from a consultation with experts on national defense.
