A Dialogue About the Law and Social Protest

The article presents a hypothetical dialogue between two persons. One argues that the Law has to asume an especially protective attitude towards protest expressions to the public power. The other argues that there are more important constitutional values than protest expressions, which the Law should consider in first place. In this way, the article proposes a revision and an evaluation of current doctrine and jurisprudence regarding social protest.
